In order to benefit more from our academic intelligence, first we need a high emotional intelligence, which we can develop.

The “Emotional Intelligence” personal development workshop is based on raising awareness to, externalizing and managing emotions, various states and feelings, communicating beyond words, self-motivation and the ability to succeed.

Details:

  • Number of participants: 8 / session
  • The workshop is carried out over three modules, each module with a duration of 3 hours
  • Through various games, the participants learn to manage their emotions, to relate to the others’ emotions, anger management techniques, which can have positive effects both in the professional and the personal life
  • The abilities and skills are presented through challenging exercises, leading the workshop in as much as possible towards the experimental area
